1. Our Service

Modern Media Interactive builds your custom website at no upfront cost. In exchange, you pay a monthly subscription fee, and we fully manage, host, secure, update, and maintain the website for you.

2. Ownership

  • You own all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).
  • We own and manage the underlying code, platform, hosting, and technical infrastructure so we can guarantee performance, security, and uptime.

3. Monthly Subscription

  • Your subscription auto-renews every month.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us.
  • Upon cancellation, ongoing management, updates, and support stop. The site will remain live for 30 days, after which we may take it offline or charge a one-time migration fee if you want full export.

4. What We Provide

Hosting, security updates, backups, performance monitoring, basic content updates (per plan limits), and support. Major redesigns or new features may incur additional fees.

5. Payments & Billing

  • All payments processed securely via Stripe.
  • You will receive an emailed receipt for every successful payment.
  • No refunds for partial months.

6. Cancellation & Migration

If you cancel, we can assist with code export and migration to another host for a one-time fee of $499 (waived on Premium plan if canceled after 12 months).

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for your business operations, sales, or legal compliance. We strive for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
